CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS: TRAINING IN BERANE AND PLJEVLJA

We invite you to join the trainings in Berane (July 6th & 7th) and Pljevlja (July 10th & 11th), on the topic "CSOs for a more inclusive, transparent and green Economic Reform Program".

Objective of the training:
The goal of this training is to involve CSOs in creating a more inclusive, transparent and green Program of Economic Reforms (ERP). ERP is one of the main documents in the process of Montenegro's accession to the European Union, and represents the basis for the country's dialogue with member states and EU institutions on issues of macroeconomic, fiscal and structural reforms.
This document does not only concern the country's economic policy, but also includes a series of structural reforms that permeate almost all sectors. The European Commission and the Government of Montenegro recognized the lack of CSOs involvement when proposing, managing and monitoring ERP. Therefore, as part of these trainings, CSOs, which are not or are insufficiently familiar with this document, will learn about its structure and the role of each of the stakeholders in ERP.
Also, through practical work, the ways in which CSOs and other relevant actors at the local level can contribute to making this program and its measures meet the needs of CSOs and Montenegrin citizens, and at the same time to make them more inclusive, transparent and sustainable, will be presented.

Within the project "CSOs for a more inclusive, transparent and green ERP" we have so far implemented 3 trainings:
Since May, when we started implementing the project, more than 15 civil society organizations have undergone trainings in Cetinje, Nikšić and Ulcinj.

Applications are open to all interested civil society organizations and civic activists.
The number of places is limited to ten participants in order to facilitate communication and practical work. Priority is given to CSOs and other interested parties who come from the municipalities where the trainings are organized.

The lecturer at the training is expert Tijana Stanković.
Tijana has many years of experience working on the Economic Reform Program Program, and is an expert in the field of public finance, monetary and fiscal policies.

Apply for the training by sending an email to issp@t-com.me.
