Starting from December 2012, ISSP is implementing the two-year project “The new role of Civil Sector Organizations (CSOs) in the implementation and monitoring of public policy at the local level”, jointly with CASE Institute from Poland and Center for European Education from Podgorica. The goal of this project, financed by European Commission, is strengthening the role of CSOs and local governments in the implementation and monitoring of Strategic development plans at local level. The project is being conducted in 10 Montenegrin municipalities: Mojkovac, Kolašin, Plav, Danilovgrad, Žabljak, Bijelo Polje, Cetinje, Andrijevica, Berane i Tivat.
