Within the project The new role of Civil Sector Organizations (CSOs) in the implementation and monitoring of public policy at the local level, ISSP, together with CASE Institute organized the training on monitoring of Strategic Development Plans (SDP). The training was held in hotel Maestral in Milocer on 16, 17 and 18 March 2014. The aim of the training was to build capacities of local governments and NGOs in monitoring the implementation of SDPs and support their process of reporting to Ministry of Economy of Montenegro.
