The aim of the analysis was to estimate the effects of the connection of Montenegro and Italy with an undersea interconnectivity DC cable that implies the construction and commissioning of a new electro-energy interconnection system between Italy and Montenegro. An analysis of the impact of underwater cable construction between on economy has been analysed from the perspective of three different scenarios.
