The general objective of the project was to elabourate Scenario 4 of UNDP 2014 National Human Development Report – Road Map to a Resource Efficient Montenegro for the purposes of integration of the main findings and directions into National Strategy for Sustainable Development 2015-2020. One of the activities implemented was analysis of domestic material consumption and physical trade balance, analysis of relative and absolute decoupling, development of resource efficiency indicators and indexation decomposition analysis.
