Editorials is a publication containing valuable analyzes and reviews of design, application and challenges of fiscal policy in Montenegro. Publication consists of introductory comments of the Ministry of Finance Bulletin, written by Igor Luksic and Milorad Katnic, in the period from 2005-2012, when they served as ministers of finance.
