The main goal was to support the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, the Employment Agency of Montenegro and the Ministry of Education and Science in developing active labour market measures and the framework for a life-long career guidance and counselling service in Montenegro. Researchers from the ISSP were involved in drafting the National Strategy for Employment and Human Resource Development 2012-2015; in process of monitoring of local strategies and programmes at local level and calculating statistical indicators of labour market.
