The project goal was to analyze and to assess the impact of future demographic changes on Montenegrin pension system. The project was supported by Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, Montenegro Pension System Administration Investment Project financed by World Bank. The objective of the project was to provide detailed analysis of the demographic trends and changes of demographic structure according to different criteria and assessment of effects and impacts of these changes on economic and social trends in Montenegro, primarily on the number and structure of pensioners as well as on overall pension system. Specifically, the project defines which requirements would future demographic trends put in front of the pension reform.
