Project analyzed current legal framework for cluster development in European countries including available and the most frequently used legal forms. In addition, project has dealt with the cluster definition according to the Strategy for sustainable economic growth in Montenegro through the introduction of business clusters 2012-2016 and general features of legal framework in Montenegro.
