The main aim of the project was assessment of the early childhood development (ECD) in Montenegro. Different dimensions of the ECD have been analyzed and assessed (health, nutrition, education, parenting, social protection), which is the basis for defining policies and programs in this area. In addition, for the first-time investments in ECD has been calculated and examined under this project. Taking into account the different dimensions of the ECD, detailed investments were estimated. The project provided input for defining the ECD strategy in Montenegro.
