The project aims to propose a fiscal reform strategy based on the assessment of the current situation and define the basic dimensions of the reform in key areas in accordance with the principles and standards recognized in the world. The fiscal reform covers issues from the fiscal management, budgeting procedure, tax system and financial control. All proposed measures are based on the principles of efficiency, transparency and lowering tax burden.
