DEVELOPMENT OF COMMON METHODOLOGY AND TOOL FOR MEASURING TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION ASSESSMENT SCOREBOARD

Montenegrin partner on IPA Project Mechanisms for Fostering Innovation in SEE (FINNO) was Ministry of Science.  That aim of the project was to contribute to better productivity and achieve more comparable level of innovativeness between countries in SEE region. ISSP provided expertise to the Ministry and prepared national report on state-of-the-art analysis of policies, strategies and existing indicators in the field of innovation in the country.
