The project was launched with the objective of strengthening the competitiveness and market access of selected clusters and networks in Montenegro. ISSP activities were centred on two selected pilot clusters, providing them support to integrate business into domestic and international value/supply chains through enhanced dynamism, collective efficiency, productivity and viable business partnerships with private sector investors.
