The administrative costs are costs that companies have in order to apply different legislative acts, in this case the tax regulation. Thus, the goal of the project was to asses the administrative cost of tax legislation in Montenegro. For that purpose the survey among companies was conducted and based on the collected data as well as data from the registers the estimation of the administrative costs was done. Based on the findings the conclusions and recommendations for certain changes in this area were defined.
