The goal of the project was to analyse the possibilities to introduce certain changes in the legislative framework which may contribute to the increase of the Montenegrin competitiveness. As part of the project several analysis have been prepared focusing on the measurement of the labour costs in the country, assessment of the effects of the new trends on financial market of Montenegro as well as administrative costs of tax legislation.
