The study assesed and analyzed the socioeconomic situation in each of 13 municipalities in Northern Montenegro in order to create basis for future policy decisions as well as baseline for monitoring of implementation of future policy measures. It provides significant and reliable data and information for activities to be conducted by government and non-government sectors in the area of economic development of the northern Montenegrin region.
