This analysis was produced as part of the project "Analysis of the traffic safety in montenegro with the estimation of traffic accidence costs".

This project had three main components: 1) analysis of the road safety in Montenegro, 2) calculation of the costs of road fatalities and 3) analysis of the functioning of the driving schools, technical check of the vehicles as well as functioning of the insurance companies. This is the first time that this kind of analysis was performed in Montenegro. Especially, this is the pioneering work in calculation of the costs of road accident. The whole analytical framework will be used as a basis for the preparation of the wider program in which different activities and actions will be defined.
