Institute Team Members

Vojin Golubović, PhD is Senior Researcher at the Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognoses and Assistant Professor at University of Donja Gorica. Mr Golubovic has 16 years of working experience. He has worked on numerous qualitative and quantitative research projects and surveys in Montenegro and Western Balkan counteries, mostly related to, labour market, social policy,  human development, migrations, education, gender issues, etc. Throughout his research career he has also been engaged as an associate researcher on projects for UNDP, World Bank, ETF, WIIW, EPRD, Council of Europe, FES foundation, etc.

Mr. Golubovic is member of mumerous institutions and networks. He is member of Committee for Economic Sciences, Demography and Anthropology in Montenegrin Academy of Science and Arts, member of Western Balkan Minration Network (WB-MIGMET, European Network for Social Policy (ESPN), He was also a member of the National Council for Competitiveness and the National Council for Statistics.

He has participated at different conferences and seminars in Montenegro and abroad and he is author or co-author of the several publications and reports for Montenegro in a field of demographics, human development, economic development, labour market, social policy etc.
