Together with FIAS (Foreign Investment Advisory Service of the World Bank), ISSP prepared the diagnostic of the investment climate in Montenegro. Those teams spent two weeks in Montenegro in July, interviewing a broad swath of representatives from the public and private sectors. The FIAS team then prepared draft report which was presented at the round table prepared by ISSP team.
