The publication is published under the project "The role of civil society organizations in the implementation and monitoring of public policies at the local level" financed by the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro. The publication offers good examples of implementation of local strategic plans from the region in order to provide ideas for municipalities in Montenegro.
