The main goal of the project was to asses the main reforms implemented in the education system in Montenegro through the desk research and quantities research among pupils, teachers and parents and there stakeholders. For the purpose of this project ISSP developed original social analysis method based on the previous experience, international standards as well as specificities of the educational issues. It still presents one of the most detailed and comprehensive assessments of the reforms in educational sector.
